It can be said that over past 12 years, Google had announced one of its largest acquisition and it had incorporated in a Menlo Park garage and had also paid about $1.7B to YouTube which is considered to be a video platform which at that time had fewer employees. Fitbit which is a global leader within the consumer health wearable has been considered to be the recent acquisitions of Google. It is believed that even though an acquisition can be risky for the company, in most of the cases until now Google has always profited with its acquisitions.
